Psychotherapy and Counselling born with the aim to help clarify, adjust and aid mental difficulties. Through individual counselling the person would be able to deeply focus on personal meanings and reasonings.
Suitable for individuals and couples.
The Couple is seen as a whole third entity, with unique emergent dynamics due the interactions of the parts. Counselling helps clarify reasons, communications and emotions between the parts, discovering what works and what doesn't.
During Counselling process, parts as environment or personality are to be broken down, analysed, enriched and if necessary corrected.
Groups offer the a splendid opportunity to discuss and see others realities, opinions, experiences and solutions. Every group topic is different.
